Only do this while the mailserver is in the frozen or otherwise flawed state.
Download the userdump utility from Microsoft. It will install into the C:\kktools\userdump8.1\x86 or something similar.
Open a command prompt: Click "Start" then "run" then type "cmd"
In the command prompt, type "cd C:\kktools\userdump8.1\x86"
Type "userdump -p" to get a listing of process names and ID numbers. You will need the process ID number for "mailserver.exe"
Now, with the process ID number (we will use "1234") type "userdump 1234" where "1234" is changed to your mailserver process ID number.
A file will be created called "mailserver.dmp".
ZIP the mailserver.dmp file, and send it to our FTP site. Call Kerio technical support for an FTP account.
