When the KOC crashes, a file is created called C:\Program Files\Kerio\Outlook Connector\KerioOutlookConnectorCrash.dmp. Rename this file, then compress it into a ZIP archive. This way, if it crashes again a new KerioOutlookConnectorCrash.dmp file can be created and we can analyze both of them.
The easiest way to manage this is to configure the user workstations so that the administrator can access the "Outlook Connector" directory via Network Neighborhood. This way, whenever their Outlook crashes, it is easy to obtain the KerioOutlookConnectorCrash.dmp file.
Kerio Support will want to analyze this file ONLY IF the user is on the very latest version of the Kerio Outlook Connector. Be sure they are on the version that is on the Kerio MailServer download page. If they are not, upgrade them.
One way to solve a lot of Outlook issues is to review KB article 196, KB article 197, and KB article 292.
