Windows does not provide us with a useful tool such as the "sample" command on Mac. However, SysInternals has a useful tool called "Process Explorer" that might be of some help.
Download and install Process Explorer. During the installation process, it might promt you to download and install the Microsoft debugging tools. Go ahead and get those too if prompted. Process Explorer will provide a link.
Find the process that is consuming the CPU. It is probably "mailserver" or "Outlook" if you are having a Kerio CPU issue.
Double-click this process so that you have the a dialog similar to this:
Get a screenshot. Hold down ALT-PRTSCREEN then open up "paint" and paste the image into paint using Edit->Paste
Next, double click the thread that is using up the CPU. This should show a stack trace similar to the following:
Get a screenshot of this similarly to in the previous step. Send the screenshot to support in reply to a support ticket email as an attachment.
