Entourage Issues

Webdav (Exchange) mode
- It is strongly recommended that Entourage users use SSL
- Entourage passes data over port 80. Because almost all antivirus and firewall solutions today do deep packet inspection, communication over port 80 can be intercepted and interfered with causing strange behavior in Entourage. SSL can prevent this.
- Duplicate attachments seem to be sent by Entourage and/or Apple mail (apple-double)
- Entourage 11.0.0 cannot sync folders with underscores (I see errors with folders of the form My_x005f_x005f_x005f_x005f_x005f_x005f_x005f_Folder)
